Authorial Book as a Resource for Museum Education

The work focuses on the use of author's books in an educational environment. The theoretical part deals with the definition of museum pedagogy. It deals with the relationship between the gallery and the school and singles out the principles of gallery and museum education. It also describes the work of a museum pedagogue. Emphasis will also be placed on the issue of the concept of an author's book. The theoretical part further deals with the creation of educational materials and their subsequent analysis of selected cultural institutions. The analysis is carried out on current textbooks and worksheets from the educational giants of art education and Czech language and literature. At the same time, it defines their current concept. In the practical part, the work deals with the creation of the author's educational book, which is based on the findings of the theoretical part. Teaching Program on the Topic of the Respiratory System for Elementary Schools Using Activation Methods

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of the respiratory system and its inclusion in the teaching of natural sciences. The topic of the respiratory system can be quite abstract for pupils in terms of gas exchange or overall anatomy of the respiratory system. In the context of today's time of global pandemic, is important topical topic. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the analysis of the problems of the respiratory system, the analysis and content of this topic in the FEP for basic education. Within the theoretical part, classical and activating teaching methods were also analyzed, which were crucial for the subsequent creation of the educational program. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was to create and verify the proposed educational program on the topic of the respiratory system at primary school. This research was carried out in the 8th grade of elementary school and the phenomenon examined was their conceptual understanding, which was verified on the basis of mind maps before, after and with a time interval after the teaching program. The results show that the educational program had a positive effect on conceptual understanding and work using activation methods has a positive effect on pupils. Cultivation and using of herbs at primary school

This diploma thesis is focussed on the cultivation and subsequent use of herbs (medical plants) in teaching at the 1st grade of primary school. The literary part contains information about cultivation and collection of herbs, an overview of selected species and the effects of these medical plants. Part of the diploma thesis is the creation of an educational program for pupils of a selected class on the topic of cultivation and using herbs. The work also deals with a survey at selected primary schools where the current level of cultivation was monitored and the use of herbs in primary schools. The results of the questionnaire are used to create a picture of whether teachers use school gardens or school interiors to grow medical plants or herbs.
Reproduction of parrots

The diploma thesis deals with the breeding of exotic birds. One of the goals of the diploma thesis was the practical monitoring of the reproduction of selected species of parrots. Selected species for monitoring were Pennant's roselle (Platycercus elegans) and small alexander (Psittacula krameri). Another part of the work is the design of a teaching program for the 2nd grade of elementary school with the topic of parrot breeding.
Beekeeping in the school practice

This thesis deals with the topic of beekeeping and its usage in education. The aim of the thesis was to create a study plan for lower-secondary school students to show them beekeeping and enlighten them about the importance of the environment. This educational plan can be used by teachers, as well as by leaders of hobby groups. The basic knowledge about beekeeping and its role in the educational process are described in the literary review. This part of the thesis mainly focuses on the bee communities, products, illnesses, and feeding. The second part of the thesis focuses on the plan itself, which is based on Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education and its subpart 'People and nature'. It consists of methodological instructions, presentations, and worksheets connected with the plan. It also includes a partial practical verification.
Czech-German education in Kadaň with consideration for the nursery education

Graduation theses document pre-school development in Kadaň since his formation in the second half 19th century to the present. Objective of this dissertation is to describe complicated advancement of the Czech minority in Sudetenland and describe appearance and development of the Czech schools with consideration to the nursery education. Dissertation is targeted mainly to the development of the nursery, changes in legislative, organizational conditions and educational programs relating to nursery. Information for this dissertation originates mainly from period publications, archive materials and newspapers and from Kadansk's schools chronicles. Dissertation coherently documents live of all Czech schools in Kadan since 1945 to the present.
School Management and Implementing of Global Developing Education into Teaching

The final bachelor paper deals with Global Developing Education and its level of integration in different kinds of schools' curriculum. Therefore it is based on the definition of Global Developing Education, basic documents (Národní strategie Globálního rozvojového vzdělávání pro období 2011-2015) and a panel discussion on this topic. In its research part the paper brings information on how the school stuff managers are familiarized with this topic and whether they are involved somehow. The found out data could bring advice for managers who are unfamiliar with above mentioned, reveal problems of integration. As well as help to clarify this issue and move the topic into the centre of school management's interest.
What the students learned in art classes

This thesis has character of the research has focused on the recogni tion of art istic educational gains in art lessons by teachers and pupils in pr imary school . The thesis is based on empi rical research consisting of three phases of research that address the issues examined using three dif ferent methods. The research in i ts stages involved students of the fourth year of primary school in Prague 10, teachers of pr imary school level and in the thi rd stage were examined entr ies in the books of class thi rd to f if th grade. The results show how the pupi ls evaluate their work and what is best and the most important in the art lesson. Comparison of education programs of the Czech Republic, Moldova and Russia

The aim of this thesis is to compare mathematical themes in standard study programs for primary education in three different countries. Such research will provide information on the educational programs in the Czech Republic, the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Federation. Another aim of the thesis is to compare the second-level textbooks of the primary schools of the studied countries on a certain topic of the educational area Mathematics and its Applications.
